We currently use a billing method that combines "parsing pages + translation quota." Starting from 3:00 PM on October 15 (UTC+8), we will transition to a "translation quota only" plan. The details are as follows:<br/><br/><b>Parsing Quota</b><br/><ul><li>During the trial period, all users receive <b>1000 free parsing pages per month (limited-time offer)</b>, but this may be adjusted dynamically based on server load.</li><li>Pro trial members receive <b>2000 parsing pages per month (limited-time offer)</b>.</li><li>Pro members receive <b>10,000 parsing pages per month (limited-time offer)</b>.</li><li>Parsing quota <b>resets automatically</b> at the beginning of each month.</li></ul><br/><b>Translation Quota</b><ul><li>Translation quota is billed based on the <b>number of Tokens</b> used during translation.</li><li>The <b>GLM-4-Flash-250414</b> model is free and available to all users. (Actual availability depends on upstream supplier availability; quota is adjusted dynamically based on actual load.)</li><li>The <b>Qwen-Plus-latest/DeepSeek-V3/Doubao-1.5-pro/GLM-4-Plus/GPT-5-mini/Gemini-2.5-Flash</b> models are exclusive to Pro members and count toward the Pro member's general translation quota, with up to <b>20 million Tokens</b> per month.</li><li>Failed translations are not counted toward the translation quota.</li></ul>Due to significant variations in text content across different PDFs, you may exhaust your parsing quota before using up your translation quota, or vice versa. If your translation quota is depleted, you can switch to the free GLM-4-Flash-250414 model or purchase additional quota packs.<br/>At the start of a translation task, the system will pre-deduct the corresponding general translation quota based on the calculation "3000 Tokens × number of pages to translate." After translation is completed, we will settle based on actual consumption, with any excess quota refunded to your account and any deficit requiring replenishment. If any system errors occur during translation, all pre-deducted general translation quota will be fully refunded to your account.<br/>When automatic term extraction is disabled, the pre-deduction is 3000 Tokens per page. When automatic term extraction is enabled, the pre-deduction is 6000 Tokens per page.<br/><br/><b>New Plan</b><ul><li>Translation quota is billed based on the <b>number of Tokens</b> used during translation.</li><li>The <b>GLM-4-Flash-250414</b> model is free and available to all BabelDOC users, who receive 500,000 Tokens per month for translating documents using the free model within BabelDOC.</li></ul>(Actual availability depends on the supply from upstream providers.)</li><li>The <b>Qwen-Plus-latest/DeepSeek-V3/Doubao-1.5-pro/GLM-4-Plus/GPT-5-mini/Gemini-2.5-Flash</b> models are exclusively available to <b>Pro/Max members</b> and count toward the membership's general translation quota.
